Ryde Chamber of Commerce Sponsors $2,000 Ryde Bowls Day

Ryde Chamber of Commerce sponsored Ryde City Bowling Club’s $2,000 second annual Beaver Burns Day pairs tournament at the Ryde Club last Sunday week.

Club patron and Ryde Mayor Clr Ivan Petch was on hand to present the trophy to winners Keith Rosenberg and Barry Richards. Past President Ken Burkett received his Past President’s Badge at the presentation ceremony from Ted Malone while Mrs Beryl Burns accepted a 25 years membership badge on behalf of her late husband.
